Report to Prince George's County Executive, Prince George's Council, & Prince George's County Delegation of General Assembly due Dec. 1, 2014.

In October 2013, the Task Force to Study Locating Businesses in Libraries in Prince George's County was authorized (Chapter 669, Acts of 2013).

The Task Force studied business models for cafes, coffeehouses, and similar businesses located in libraries or bookstores to determine whether locating businesses in some Prince George's County libraries would fill a void in the community, modernize libraries, or provide revenue for libraries. If appropriate and feasible, a plan for such location was to be devised by the Task Force.

Authorization for the Task Force ended December 31, 2014.
