Order of the Coif (law school honorary society). Member, National Moot Court Team. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1982. Partner, Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, 1990-97 (associate, 1982-89). Member, Maryland State Bar Association (board of governors, 1995-97; criminal subcommittee of pattern jury instruction committee, 2012-); Baltimore County Bar Association. Member, Maryland Bar Foundation. Award of Special Recognition, Maryland Legal Services Corporation, 2000. Maryland Pro Bono Service Award, Pro Bono Resource Center, 2000, 2002.
