Born in Baltimore, Maryland, January 27, 1934. Attended Loyola Blakefield High School, Towson, Maryland; Fordham University, B.A., 1957; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1964. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1964. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Carroll County Bar Association. Died in Westminster, Maryland, November 3, 2013.
