Born in Sparks, Maryland. Attended St. Paul's School; Boys Latin School of Maryland, Baltimore; Fork Union Military Academy, Fork Union, Virginia; Essex Community College. Operations manager, Brooks-Huff Tire and Auto. President, Dulaney Valley Improvement Association. Past president, Towson Chamber of Commerce (executive committee). Member, Hunt Valley Business Forum; Hereford Zone Business Association; Towson Elks; Towson Junior Chamber of Commerce; National Rifle Association. Member, Regan Republican Club; Northern Baltimore County Republican and Civic Organization. Married; four children.
On April 2013, Mr. Huff pleaded guilty in Baltimore County Circuit Court to driving under the influence, and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation, and a one-year suspended jail sentence.
