Born in Baltimore, Maryland, 1936. Attended Baltimore City College; University of Baltimore (pre-law); University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1969. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent, 1969-94. Member, Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans Court (vice-president, 1999); National College of Probate Judges. Member, Retired FBI Agents Association; Buc's Pleasure Club; Westminster Elks; Clifton Pleasure Club. Married; four children, six grandchildren. Died in Westminster, Maryland, November 22, 2008.
