Born in Frederick, Maryland, 1927. Attended Frederick High School. Served in U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. President, Maryland Register of Wills Association, 1960. Associate member, Maryland Association of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts. Vice-President, Independent Hose Company of Frederick. Member, Kiwanis Club of Frederick. Member, Evangelical Luthern Church, Frederick, Maryland. Married; two children. Died in Atlantic City, New Jersey, April 17, 2012.
