Born in 1968. Served in U.S. Air Force. Retired roads superintendent, Worcester County. Former plant operations manager, then general manager for an open-pit mining company, Pocomoke City. Member, Pocomoke Fire Company (past chief). Deacon, Lynnhaven Baptist Church, Pocomoke City. Married, two children, three grandchildren.
